The internship program was carefully designed with regular reports and questionnaires to follow the student progress and the feedback from the mentors. The Placement Desk, besides assisting students in gaining financial support for higher education, also aims at presenting options for the future to TCF graduates. A representative from the Placement Desk adds, “It was an extremely heartening experience observing the enthusiasm, with which the parents allowed their children, and especially their daughters, to enroll for the amazing opportunity.” It is the mission of TCF to provide its students with the opportunity for an improved quality of life and Placement Desk is working hard towards maintaining this focus.
