Manager Training
Job Description: The incumbent will be responsible for:
• Working at a policy and operations level
• Supervising planning of training programs
• Overseeing and evaluating training programs
• Reviewing existing training programs and guiding team in designing new projects
• Coordinating with regions for implementation & follow-ups

Masters/ 4 yrs Bachelors from a reputable university. Degree in Education will be preferred. |
| Experience: |
At least 5 years relevant experience including management, teaching and researching, with minimum a year in a Team Leader Position. |
