- Ensure that TCF Volunteers and Alumni department operates efficiently and achieves agreed goals & objectives.
- Manage ongoing tracking of the Annual Volunteers and Alumni plan; ensuring delivery against targets.
- Develop and implement mentor programs as well as idea generation for new and effective volunteer programs.
- Ensure program quality and stability through development and implementation of standards and controls, systems and procedures and regular evaluation.
- Develop new programs for student advancement & development
- Prepare and manage the overall budget for Volunteers and Alumni Programs.
- Build liaison with educational institutions to facilitate TCF students for scholarships for higher education and vocational training.
- Engage with external partners in garnering scholarship funds for post-Matric students.
