Manager Donor Care
Job Description: The incumbent will be reporting to the Head of Resource Mobilization and will be responsible for:
overseeing donor relations relating to school project management and all relevant documentation
assisting department head in developing long term and annual plans for ensuring the growth and financial stability of TCF
coordinating with required departments for updates on progress of schools under construction
reviewing communication of team members with donors
meeting with prospective donors along with Head of Resource Mobilization and/or CEO
directly managing a team of Assistant Managers to ensure the efficient functioning of the department
